You are solely responsible for ensuring that your input does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. VisionMorpher is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the use of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to create, transmit, or display content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

VisionMorpher is not responsible for any undesirable results generated by the AI, and users should enter carefully written prompts to avoid bad outcomes. In no event shall VisionMorpher be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service or any unauthorized access to or use of the Service.

Bought credit packs and used credits cannot be refunded. Refunds are only available in case of server errors or provable errors on VisionMorpher’s side.

VisionMorpher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VisionMorpher operates.
